During the seminar, NNA leadership and lecturers engaged in in-depth discussions with the experts to establish effective strategies for designing high-quality lessons. The focus was on utilizing the new Voices curriculum and its integrated digital ecosystem to enhance the teaching and learning outcomes of foundational English modules at Lạc Hồng University.

The session concluded with a collaborative Q&A where Ms. Nguyen Pham Mai Tram addressed technical and pedagogical inquiries regarding the implementation of the "Voices" series in the upcoming academic year.
