On the afternoon of December 30, 2025, LHU held a ceremony to award certificates of completion of the Intensive Chinese Language course to 26 students, recognizing their academic achievements and persistent efforts after six months of study.

Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector of LHU; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector; Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Thuong, MA, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; Mr. Huynh Thuc Hieu, MBA, Deputy Director of the Center of Admissions and Public Relations; along with lecturers in charge of the program.
At the event, the University awarded certificates of completion of the Intensive Chinese Language course to students achieving A1, A2, and B1 proficiency levels in accordance with the TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) standards, a Chinese language proficiency test widely recognized in Taiwan.

The Intensive Chinese Language Program is designed with a focused training approach and a clear learning pathway, emphasizing the balanced development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Participation in the program enables learners to enhance their Chinese language proficiency for academic study and real-world professional environments. Notably, achieving a TOCFL level of A2 or higher provides learners with a key to accessing study opportunities in Taiwan, a country with a strong economy and many leading enterprises in the region.

Through the Program, LHU continues to affirm its orientation toward foreign language education aligned with international integration, meeting students’ learning needs and career development goals in the context of globalization. The ceremony concluded in a formal and uplifting atmosphere, marking a meaningful milestone in LHU students’ journey to mastering Chinese and expanding their international study opportunities.
