Nguyen Thi Ha My and Ngo The Hiep crowned Miss and Mister LHU 2026

Outperforming 158 contestants, Nguyen Thi Ha My and Ngo The Hiep were crowned Miss and Mister of the LHU Student Beauty Contest 2026 during the grand finale held on the evening of May 21, 2026 at Golden Lotus Restaurant. This marked the third season of the competition organized by LHU, aiming to honor the beauty, talent, intelligence, and aspirations of LHU students.

Speaking at the event, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector of LHU, emphasized that the LHU Student Beauty Contest is more than just a cultural and artistic competition. The contest seeks to discover a new generation of students who embody both intellectual and moral excellence, along with confidence, leadership, the ability to inspire others, and a strong commitment to community engagement.

The final night featured vibrant performances, including traditional Vietnamese áo dài showcases, evening gown presentations, and Q&A sessions, alongside impressive artistic performances presented by students from various faculties. Among the highlights was the áo dài collection “Canh Tem Coi Nguon” by designer Ta Linh Nhan, which captivated the audience through its harmonious blend of traditional Vietnamese cultural values and contemporary fashion elements, delivering a meaningful message about preserving national identity among younger generations.

Following several exciting competition rounds, the Organizing Committee officially announced the winners and runner-up titleholders of the LHU Student Beauty Contest 2026:

Miss: Nguyen Thi Ha My – Faculty of Administration and International Economics

Mister: Ngo The Hiep – Faculty of Finance and Accounting

1st Runner-up (Female): Nguyen Phuong Nhi – Faculty of English Language

1st Runner-up (Male): Dao Quoc Phap – Faculty of Information Technology

2nd Runner-up (Female): Tran Thi Bich Thu – Faculty of Finance and Accounting

2nd Runner-up (Male): Le Thanh Dat – Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics

In addition to the main titles, the Organizing Committee presented several special awards, including Most Favorite Contestant, Best Áo Dài Performance, Best Evening Gown Performance, Most Impressive Face, Best Physique, and Media Award.

The top titleholders will serve as student ambassadors of LHU in upcoming communication campaigns, admissions activities, and student community engagement programs.
