“In the context of global integration, as the economy continues to evolve and law becomes the ‘common language’ of all international transactions, LHU not only imparts knowledge but also creates an environment for students to practice their future professions”, shared Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector of LHU.

For the Faculty of Administration – International Economics, the establishment of the Moot Court represents a breakthrough initiative. More than just a classroom, it serves as a realistic courtroom simulation, where Law students can take on roles such as judges, lawyers, prosecutors, or business representatives to handle various international legal cases.

Equipped with modern sound, lighting, and interactive display systems, the Mock Trial Room vividly recreates the atmosphere of an international economic courtroom, helping students sharpen their argumentation, critical thinking, evidence analysis, and advocacy skills like true professionals.

Beyond its academic value, the Moot Court also serves as a multidisciplinary platform, connecting students from Law, Business Administration, and International Business to engage in negotiations, debates, and mock litigations at a professional level.

The Moot Court is truly a world-class practice lab, preparing LHU students to step confidently into the global arena with a global legal mindset and strong integration capabilities.

Lawyer Tran Cao Dai Ky Quan, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Bar Association emphasized “The establishment of the Moot Courtroom is essential for students to gain practical knowledge and a clearer understanding of court procedures. I look forward to accompanying them throughout their learning and training journey here”.
